Neelkantha is a leadership practice rooted in truth, clarity, and service. We help leaders see themselves more clearly, lead with conscience, and navigate transformation with courage and purpose. Through speaking, advisory, and executive coaching, we support organisations that want to build cultures of awareness, resilience, and impact in a complex world.
Neelkantha draws inspiration from Lord Shiva, who drank the cosmic poison to protect the world — earning the name Neelkantha, “the blue-throated one.”
This ancient story is not about mythology; it is about leadership.
It reflects the courage to face what is difficult, the clarity to hold truth, and the humility to serve others.
These are the values that shape every part of our work.
Where questions of leadership, purpose, people and planet intersect, that is where my work sits.
My role is simple. I hold a mirror for leaders, to help them grow. Quietly. Honestly. Without judgement.
When people see clearly, they lead coherently. I do not tell leaders what to see. I help them see what is already there, and set down the fear that keeps it hidden.
Three decades across finance, strategy, treasury, sustainability and transformation have taught me one thing: culture and conscience matter as much as capital. Resilience emerges when purpose, discipline and compassion move together, when leadership comes from wholeness rather than fragments.
As a CFO and Board Director, navigating crises from the global financial crash to COVID-19, a consistent pattern emerged. Breakdown often precedes breakthrough. So much of what holds leaders back is fear: of what they might lose, of being found wanting, of stopping. The work is not to avoid pressure, but to remain steady within it, to find coherence beneath the noise.
This steadiness rests on a deeper idea. The still point, drawn from the tradition of Shiva and Shakti, is practical, not symbolic. Stillness comes when you close out the noise of the world. In that moment, you can hear the inner voice already within you. Under pressure, leaders must hold clarity without reacting, act without losing alignment. Stillness is not inactivity. It is the ground from which action emerges, and where fear loosens its grip.
Whether resolving stakeholder tensions, restructuring teams, or managing over £1 billion in financing, the lesson was the same. Hold outcomes lightly, but honour the work fully. Performance is always human. People need to feel seen, supported and trusted, and I have always succeeded because of my team.
Today, alongside advisory and board roles, this continues through entrepreneurship. We want to give every child an opportunity through education and financial literacy. Through ElimuMatokeo in Tanzania, we are building tools that widen that access. Through Reforest Africa, we are helping rebalance humanity's relationship with nature. Both rest on one belief: profit and purpose are not in tension. Done properly, they strengthen each other.
Transformation does not begin with systems. It begins with people, and then moves outward.
The work is to help leaders find coherence within themselves, and grow organisations where people, planet, purpose and performance move together. Coherent people build coherent organisations. Not in conflict. In alignment.

Today’s executives are under constant pressure — navigating transformation, growth, and crisis while carrying the weight of expectations. Burnout is the silent epidemic at the top, undermining decision-making, performance, and personal well-being.

A confidential, safe space for leaders to confront stress and overwhelm without judgement

A space with no judgement. A space to grow without fear, believe, and lead.
Leadership is still too often shaped by ego and pride. For women, that has meant carrying doubts, being judged by different standards, or feeling the need to prove themselves twice over just to be heard in a room.
Women in Leadership Coaching offers a sanctuary to pause, reflect, and renew — a place that strengthens belief, unlocks confidence, and sustains resilience in a world that always demands more.

Behind every executive is a person with real thoughts, emotions, and challenges
Leadership at the highest level can be lonely. Every decision is under scrutiny, pressures never stop, and the personal toll often goes unseen.
With Jay, executives step into a space behind the title — honest, human, and free of any judgment. It’s a rare opportunity to pause, reflect, and regain clarity to allow them to be better leaders.
A place executives can be unfiltered, vulnerable, and renewed, so they can lead with courage, clarity, and balance.

A Space Behind the Role – So You Can Lead with Clarity
The CFO role has never been more demanding. Today’s finance leaders are expected to do it all: steer organisations through global shocks, balance ESG and digital transformation, and inspire new generations of talent—all while delivering results. The pressure is relentless, often spilling into personal wellbeing, relationships, and family life.
CFO Coaching is more than support—it’s your space to think, breathe, and lead with clarity.
