Holding a space for balance, resilience, and renewal

Neelkantha is a leadership practice rooted in truth, clarity, and service. We help leaders see themselves more clearly, lead with conscience, and navigate transformation with courage and purpose. Through speaking, advisory, and executive coaching, we support organisations that want to build cultures of awareness, resilience, and impact in a complex world.
Neelkantha draws inspiration from Lord Shiva, who drank the cosmic poison to protect the world — earning the name Neelkantha, “the blue-throated one.”
This ancient story is not about mythology; it is about leadership.
It reflects the courage to face what is difficult, the clarity to hold truth, and the humility to serve others.
These are the values that shape every part of our work.
Where questions of leadership, purpose, people, and planet intersect, that's where the work lives.
My contribution is simple: I hold a mirror for leaders.
Quietly. Honestly. Without judgement.
When people see themselves clearly, when they see themselves whole, they lead coherently. I don't tell leaders what to see. I help them see what's already there.
Three decades in finance, strategy, treasury, sustainability and transformation taught this: culture and conscience are as important as capital. Resilience emerges when purpose, compassion and discipline move together—when leaders operate from wholeness rather than fragments. And the hardest questions rarely have comfortable answers.
Years as Board Director and CFO, guiding teams through crises from the global financial crash to COVID-19 revealed a pattern: breakdown often precedes breakthrough. Steadying ourselves means meeting what is without resistance finding coherence beneath the chaos, wholeness beneath the fracture.
Resolving stakeholder conflicts, restructuring teams with care, managing over £1 billion in financing the lesson was always the same: hold outcomes lightly while honouring the work fully. But what mattered most was always human: making sure people felt seen, supported and able to perform at their best.
Today, alongside advisory and board work, there's entrepreneurship. Through Elimumatokeo, an education and financial literacy venture rooted in Tanzania, tools are being built that open pathways for young people and teachers. This grounds the belief that profit and purpose are not opposites but partners that commercial discipline and social impact strengthen each other, and that leadership lifts communities, not just companies.
Speaking internationally on leadership and sustainability reveals what Tanzania reinforces daily: transformation begins with people and ripples outward.
My practice is grounded in devotion to Shiva and Shakti. From this spiritual foundation comes the understanding that all effective leadership flows from the still point that place of quiet awareness where presence meets clarity. Stillness is not stasis; it's the ground from which all purposeful movement arises. The still point is where wholeness lives where inner and outer align, where what we say, think, and do become coherent.
I dedicate myself to helping leaders find wholeness within themselves and build coherent organisations that honour all stakeholders people, planet, purpose, and profit moving together rather than competing.

Leadership should not come at the cost of your health.
Today’s executives are under constant pressure — navigating transformation, growth, and crisis while carrying the weight of expectations. Burnout is the silent epidemic at the top, undermining decision-making, performance, and personal well-being.
With Jay, leaders step into a space behind the title — honest, human, and free of judgment.
A confidential, safe space for leaders to confront stress and overwhelm without judgement

A space with no judgement. A space to grow without fear, believe, and lead.
Leadership is still too often shaped by ego and pride. For women, that has meant carrying doubts, being judged by different standards, or feeling the need to prove themselves twice over just to be heard in a room.
Women in Leadership Coaching offers a sanctuary to pause, reflect, and renew — a place that strengthens belief, unlocks confidence, and sustains resilience in a world that always demands more.

Behind every executive is a person with real thoughts, emotions, and challenges
Leadership at the highest level can be lonely. Every decision is under scrutiny, pressures never stop, and the personal toll often goes unseen.
With Jay, executives step into a space behind the title — honest, human, and free of any judgment. It’s a rare opportunity to pause, reflect, and regain clarity to allow them to be better leaders.
A place executives can be unfiltered, vulnerable, and renewed, so they can lead with courage, clarity, and balance.

A Space Behind the Role – So You Can Lead with Clarity
The CFO role has never been more demanding. Today’s finance leaders are expected to do it all: steer organisations through global shocks, balance ESG and digital transformation, and inspire new generations of talent—all while delivering results. The pressure is relentless, often spilling into personal wellbeing, relationships, and family life.
CFO Coaching is more than support—it’s your space to think, breathe, and lead with clarity.
